Apollo Sports Classes and timetables
These training times are going to be every week. You will need to register and sign an insurance document before you can even access the training area this goes for everyone! If you are under 18 then you will need to bring a parent or guardian to sign on your behalf.
MONDAY - 8-10 This session will be open to everyone. Which will include the warm up of an hour which is mainly based conditioning for the warm up and then we will move on to MMA. The conditioning classes run on a hardcore set routine which includes all over training and highly intense circuits. Which will benefit the beginner going all the way up to being a fighter. The MMA training will be brought to you from a great team of coaches and also you will be part of a new and growing team.
WEDNESDAY - 6-8.30 This session will be open to everyone. This session is a session that is aimed at someone who really wants to up their endurance in grappling and also long distance sprinting using high inclined hills and sprints. Then after the endurance training we will work on mainly some of the Muay Thai to Greko Wrestling. While using Greko is to take the fight to the ground and open up the Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
FRIDAY - 8-10 This session is going to be a sparring session. But will be open to everyone. The first hour of the session is mainly tyre flipping and explosion as MMA thrives on explosion. Then we will work on the movement of the fighter when in the cage concentrating on the head movement and landing significant strikes when fighting in the cage or even just if you want to get fit while training and learning something that is new and on the grow.
Each session will cost £5. We are also going to be offering a discounted monthly membership rate. The monthly membership is £45 which covers the cost to every session
